No More Wet Sheets by Ufedo-Ojo Adaji - Paperback

Ajanigo’s birthday is the best day ever. The next morning, her sheet is wet.

Ajanigo is six today. Okpehe rice, smoked fish, zobo to sip and kunu after that. In the morning there is a dark round stain on her bedsheet. Mummy washes, Ajanigo rinses, Daddy pegs the sheet and pyjamas on the line. Nobody is angry. Then it happens again. This time, Mummy sets an alarm clock on the bedside table. When it rings, it is time to pee.
